SS Richard Montgomery (SSRM) is an American Liberty cargo ship built during World War II.

Over 2,700 US Liberty Ships were mass produced to carry supplies for the war effort.

SSRM was built in 1943 by the St John’s River Shipbuilding Company of Jacksonville, Florida.
